Exciting things are on the horizon for Nassau Humane Society! We've been working on an exciting project over the last couple of years, and we're getting closer to bringing that project to you. 

Nassau Humane Society is excited to bring to life a mobile low-cost spay/neuter clinic that will service all of Nassau County and neighboring Duval County and southeast Georgia. Thanks to generous donors, we have been able to purchase a mobile unit. It's now up to us to stock this mobile unit with all of the necessary supplies to get it ready.

This mobile unit will help dogs like Otis and Mr. Jenkins, two strays Nassau Humane Society rescued from the streets of Amelia Island. As unaltered males, these two boys frequently roamed. It wasn't until NHS offered to get them fixed and microchipped with a partner clinic that their roaming habits were curbed. With our own clinic, we can help keep animals in their homes time and time again.
