Serenity Canine Advocacy Rescue & Rehab is a 501c3 non profit canine rescue that was founded 2023. In our first year we have rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed 15 dogs. Although that doesn’t seem like much, we are a small, foster based rescue. We don’t shy away from a challenge here at SCARR. We are a voice for the fearful and reactive dogs, dogs with behavioral and medical issues, and dogs who come from abuse and neglect. We take in dogs who are harder to place because they are deserving of a loving home as much as the next dog. Please help us continue in our mission to help those without a voice by donating, every dollar counts and we couldn’t do it without the people in our community by our side.
